Eighteen months after appointing a dedicated UK Sale Manager Huet – Europe’s largest manufacturer of acoustic rated and fire rated timber door sets – is continuing to gain market share and a reputation for high quality products and service.
UK customers such as Accor Hotels have long appreciated the performance, flexibility and design options of Huets fire rated and acoustic rated door sets. Construction companies, architects and acoustic engineers who have previously associated Huet with exotic, high-end products are now finding that the company offers a much larger range of sound proof and fire proof products, to suit differing budgets and requirements.
Several new UK customers including Sky TV, London & Continental Railways, and Mowlem have already specified Huet door sets due to their performance, value and design flexibility.

I simply showed them our full UK product range – from 51 Rw dB right through to 35 Rw dB sound proof doors plus FD30 and FD60 fire proof doors. They quickly realised that they could specify Huet products on many more projects than they had first thought. Then when I explained that Huet provides more finishing and design options than any other manufacturer of acoustic rated and fire rated door sets, including real wood veneers, vision panels and custom engraving, they really understood the benefits of specifying our door sets.”
